Description: Tulsa, OK - The State of Oklahoma charged William Leon Bauders, age 46, with second-degree felony murder, leaving the scene of a fatality accident, possession of a stolen vehicle and grand larceny. The State claimed that Bauderw was driving a Dodge Ram that he had stolen which he had from a job site when he crashed into Christina Bradshaw's Toyota Camary killing her. Bauders fled the scene on foot but was chased down by witnesses to the accident.
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty and faces a life in prison sentence.
