The State of Ohio charged Ramon R. Smith, Jr. of two counts of aggravated robbery and one count each of felonious assault and disorderly conduct.
The State claimed that Smith attended a party on the 7500 block of Martinsburg Road on May 9-10. During the party, a fight broke out and Smith punched people with objects being thrown. During the process, Smith robbed two people at knife point.
Defendant's attorney denied wrongdoing on the part of his client and blamed the party itself for the fight and chaos.
