William Olsen, Jr., age 31, was charged with armed kidnapping, robbery with a firearm, a principal to a residential burglary involving a battery, and witness tampering.

The state charged that Olsen needed money and drove Jessica Marie Hill to victim Garry Krause’s home, where she had also recently lived, off East Quall Court, and kicked in a side door to get inside. Already inside the house waiting with Krause was Jane Ball-McDuffie and her 14-year-old daughter.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty.
