The state charged that Olsen needed money and drove Jessica Marie Hill to victim Garry Krause’s home, where she had also recently lived, off East Quall Court, and kicked in a side door to get inside. Already inside the house waiting with Krause was Jane Ball-McDuffie and her 14-year-old daughter.
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty.
