Description: The State of Connecticut charged Paul Davis, age 28, with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, being an accessory to murder and accessory to capital murder for the drive-by shooting of K.J. Foster, age 14, and Cinque Sutherland, age 14, on May 28, 2006. Foster was killed and Sutherland wounded in the shooting. Davis was the owner and driver of the car from which the shots were fired.

Davis confessed to his role in the shooting.

Outcome: Guilty with sentencing scheduled for May 9.
