Description: Portland, OR - Robert Trebelhorn sued Prime Wimbledon SPE, LLC and Prime Administration, LLC on breach of contract and negligence theories claiming that he was injured and damaged as a direct result of falling through a concrete walkway up to his groin at Wimbledon Square apartments in Portland.

Plaintiff produced evidence that the Defendants know of the condition that caused his injury but did nothing to fix the problem.

Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $45,597.09 in economic damages, $250,000 in non-economic damages and $20 million in punitive damages.

70% of the punitive damage award goes to the state's attorney general to put into a crime victim's compensation fund.
