Description: Hopkinsville, Kentucky criminal defense lawyer represented defendant charged with 30 counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child.

Nina Morgan was charged with multiple counts of abuse involving small children at the First United Methodist Church from December 2018 and January 2019 by daycare workers.

The children allegedly abused did not suffer any serious injury.

Special prosecutor Blake Chambers prosecuted the cass.



Outcome: Simpson was found guilty on 12 charges first degree criminal abuse and Morgan was found guilty of 3rd degree misdemeanor criminal abuse.
