Additional Information: Roxanne is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. Her litigation practice focuses on her experience in complex commercial and product liability matters, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products, as well as class actions, claims for unfair business practices and false advertising under California Business and Professions Code Section 17200, and labor and employment matters. Roxanne represents major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state courts. In this area, she has served as both national and regional coordinating counsel, as well as local counsel, and she tried complex pharmaceutical cases in many different jurisdictions. She also represents major consumer products manufacturers in a wide range of litigation matter in both federal and state courts, including personal injury, toxic torts, and labor and employment matters. She has handled class action litigation in matters involving false advertising and unfair business practices for manufacturers of consumer products, prescription pharmaceuticals and home warranty businesses, as well as mass toxic tort litigation. Roxanne has successfully represented corporate clients in numerous employment-related law suits including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, sexual orientation discrimination, race and age discrimination, and related intentional tort actions. She successfully defended a major manufacturer and its local employee against claims of sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. She has also represented employers in hearings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Labor.
