Additional Information: John-Mark joined Sheehan Phinney’s Litigation Group in September 2002. He has worked on a variety of matters in both state and federal courts with a focus on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, John-Mark served as law clerk to the Hon. Michael Murphy, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

John-Mark’s practice also concentrates on insurance and ERISA litigation, intellectual property litigation and tax litigation. While in law school, John-Mark was an Executive Editor for the California Law Review.
