Additional Information: Steve Faries works with and has been guided by Jim Morris' expertise since beginning his legal career. Steve has assisted Jim in multi-million dollar award jury trials in Texas (heart damage from Fen-Phen), Pennsylvania (breast cancer caused by Prempro), Tennessee (severe injuries caused by rear-end crash with 18-wheeler), and Arkansas (breast cancer caused by Prempro). In 2008, Steve second-chaired the trial in Little Rock when Jim obtained the first Plaintiff's jury verdict against Wyeth and Pharmacia for breast cancer caused by the Plaintiff's use of Prempro. In addition to clients injured by pharmaceutical drugs, Steve has successfully represented individuals injured in 18-wheeler truck and motor vehicle accidents and due to dangerous premises conditions. He also represented Texas homeowners and consumers against insurance companies for unfair and deceptive practices. Steve is admitted to the Texas State Bar and authorized to practice before the United States Eastern and Southern District Courts of Texas.
