He is a trial lawyer whose practice includes individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions and collisions involving large trucks and other commercial vehicles. Sean has also represented dozens of people who received faulty hip implants. He has also represented individuals with other forms of personal injuries, including those injured on commercial premises. Sean represents people with bad faith insurance claims, as well as individuals with claims for unfair and deceptive trade practices. In the past, he has represented people injured by defective pharmaceuticals and others with claims against nursing homes. He has represented individuals throughout the southeastern United States and has an active trial and appellate practice. Sean is originally from Grundy, Virginia. He graduated with multiple honors from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in 1994, and earned his law degree in 1997 from Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the student trial bar and the National Moot Court Team. Sean immediately began his practice after the bar exam in 1997, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Carolina. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on a variety of topics dealing with settlement and trial of personal injury claims.
