Pauline Hardin has extensive experience litigating criminal matters, as well as business, commercial, and labor matters. She has tried more than 150 jury trials. She is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, litigating criminal and commercial issues. She was previously the head of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Jones Walker. In the area of white-collar and other criminal defense, Ms. Hardin has represented clients facing charges of mail fraud, wire fraud, false statements, bribery, public corruption, environmental violations, financial crimes, tax crimes, rape, murder and many other violations. Ms. Hardin also has been involved in commercial litigation involving bond claims, discrimination claims, contract claims, and disputes in many other areas.

Ms. Hardin worked with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana and served as both First Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of the Criminal Division. Prior to that time, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in charge of the Orleans Parish Fraud Unit. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1994, she has served on its Federal Criminal Procedure Committee.
