Additional Information: Kurt is a commercial litigator with broad experience defending businesses in a wide-variety of contract, tort and statutory concerns including large-scale class actions. For the past ten years, he has acted as class-action counsel in Missouri and Kansas for a major US employer, defending multiple class actions in both federal and state courts.

Kurt presently serves as counsel for a number of motor vehicle manufacturers, both foreign and domestic, that are subject to federal and state franchise statutes including manufacturers of automobiles, trucks (light and heavy duty), motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, engines and other power-train components, and watercraft.
