Prior to joining Ford + Bergner Mr. Krohn served as a litigator for the City of El Paso, Texas where he defended the City in complex commercial disputes and civil rights litigation before the state and federal courts. Mr. Krohn has participated in appeals that have reached both the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Krohn is extensively involved with local bar associations and has served on various committees and panels to include the Judicial Selection Committee for the United States District Courts for the Western District of Texas. Mr. Krohn has helped to organize various classess and seminars focusing on civil practice, and has presented at the El Paso Bar Association Civil Trial Seminar on federal pleading standards.
