Additional Information: Kelley A. Grady is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Product Liability and Mass Tort Group and the Insurance Group. She focuses her practice on general civil litigation in the areas of mass tort, product liability, and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Grady represents pharmaceutical, health care, insurance, and manufacturing companies. In her pharmaceutical practice, she has defended medical monitoring, refund, and personal injury cases in the individual, class action, and mass tort contexts. Her cases have involved hormone therapy, thimerosal, vaccines, over-the-counter products, contraceptives, surgical implants, and anti-arrhythmics. She was appointed by the court to serve as co-liaison to defense counsel in Philadelphia County’s coordinated mass tort hormone therapy program, which included over 1,400 cases. Ms. Grady's mass tort and class action experience comprises all aspects of complex case management, including overseeing teams of lawyers and legal assistants in national litigation. She has had significant involvement in company witness preparation, company document collection and review, electronic discovery, and strategic planning. Ms. Grady also has substantial experience in insurance coverage as well as contractual, employment, and directors'/officers' liability disputes. She has represented clients in claims of discrimination and retaliation, as well as restrictive covenant disputes, trade secret violations, and employment investigations. She has also advised and represented health care clients in medical staff disputes.
