I am Keith Williams, a criminal defense lawyer in Greenville, North Carolina. I served as a law clerk for federal judge Malcolm J. Howard from 1992 through 1994 and as a state court prosecutor for Lenoir County from 1994 through 1996 before opening my own criminal defense law firm in 1998. I have the unique ability to see your case from both a prosecution and a defense point of view. I understand how the prosecutor will build their case against you. I also know how to mount an effective defense.

While I am busy with my state and federal court practice, I will make every effort to return your phone calls within 24 hours and keep you informed of the status of your case. In addition to practicing law, I speak at continuing education seminars for other attorneys. I have addressed such topics as federal and state gun laws, cross examination on mental health issues and federal sentencing issues.
