Additional Information: Attorney Heidi Hamilton joined the Crumbie Law Group in 2010 and practices in three of the firm's practices groups: Municipal Services, Litigation & Trial and Business Services. While at the firm she has successfully litigated premises liability matters as well as provided general counsel services for medium sized privately held commercial clients. Recently she assisted a local federally qualified health center in obtaining New Market Tax Credits for an $18M health care facility renovation. She is adept at investigating and identifying cost effective solutions to complex issues. As a seasoned lawyer with over 13 years of commercial transaction and litigation experience, she began her career in New York working as in-house counsel for a family-owned real estate development firm where she served as the owner's job-site representative and managed the sale of federally subsidized single-family homes in the South Bronx section of New York City. She continued her construction law specialty as a member of a boutique elite construction litigation team with the City of New York, Office of Corporation Counsel. She remained in the construction field while working at several New York firms. During the 1990's banking crisis she served with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Senior Attorney litigating and negotiating complex multi-party commercial real estate matters in Connecticut. Heidi has also served as Vice President and Legal Counsel to Jamaican Gourmet Products, Inc. where she managed the daily legal affairs of a Connecticut wholesale gourmet coffee roasting business and oversaw finance, real estate and tax matters.
