Additional Information: Geoffrey N. Courtney has a general practice of law at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice has focused on complex litigation in both state and federal court. He has also had extensive involvement in issues before the Texas Legislature. Geoffrey is a frequent speaker on children’s and disability issues and has been recognized numerous times for his pro bono work. Geoffrey is a member of the Austin Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association. He serves on the board of several public interest organizations, and since 1997 has served as the Director of Legal Services for the Catholic Diocese of Austin.
