Additional Information:  Egan P. Kilbane joined the team at Elk & Elk in December 2008. His practice focuses on medical negligence, product liability, auto and trucking accidents and general liability cases. Kilbane, 29, graduated with his bachelor of arts in January 2002 from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, having majored in history and computer applications and minored in Irish studies. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May 2005. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2005 and in Kentucky and U.S. District Court in 2006. Before joining Elk & Elk, Kilbane worked for a large, multi-state law firm in Cincinnati and Cleveland and for the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas. When asked what he looks forward to the most at Elk & Elk, Kilbane replied: "Zealous advocacy for a fair outcome on behalf of my clients."
