A native of Southlake, Texas, Drew attended the University of Tulsa on a football scholarship where he graduated Cum Laude with his degree in Management Information Systems. He then earned his Juris Doctor with highest honors in 2009 from University of Tulsa. In law school, Drew served as an editor on the Tulsa Law Review where his candidacy paper was one of four student papers selected for publication. In addition, he was the recipient of the University of Tulsa College of Law Order of the Curule Chair Award to recognize his superior academic performance and distinguished service to the University. Drew further received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the top score in his entire class in Criminal Procedure: Police Practices, Comparative Law, Agency and Partnership, and Civil Procedure 2.

Before joining Holden & Carr, Drew practiced civil litigation while also chairing fifteen criminal felony jury trials, including murder cases, as a former Tulsa County Public Defender. His current practice is 100% devoted to litigation
