Diana served on the Texas Civil Appellate Rules Committee from 1998 to 1999. After graduation from the Southern Methodist University School of Law, the Dallas Court of Appeals appointed Diana to serve as a Briefing Attorney to the Hon. James A. Baker and the Hon. Deborah G.
