Ms. Holiday is a shareholder in the litigation section of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC and heads the firm’s appellate section. Ms. Holiday has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament that a lawyers peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Her practice focuses on the area of professional liability in the defense of lawyers, accountants and insurance adjusters facing malpractice claims brought by their former clients and adversities. She also has a successful motion practice, often obtaining favorable rulings for her clients by way of summary judgment. She also handles a variety of cases in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, complex civil litigation and general liability defense. Ms. Holiday and her appellate team have a winning record in state and federal appellate courts. As a trial and appellate lawyer, she often advises trial lawyers on issues that arise in trial court cases that could impact a potential appeal. Prior to joining Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC, Ms. Holiday practiced insurance defense litigation and gained extensive experience in the areas of personal Injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance coverage matters, general negligence, premises and products liability, and worker’s compensation.
