Additional Information: Over the past 25 years, Bruce Dean has successfully represented the interests of more than 500,000 Louisiana citizens in class actions and individual lawsuits arising from automobile accidents, chemical releases, commercial disputes, drownings, damage to residential property, railroad worker accidents, tobacco use, unsafe prescription drugs, and other defective products. Mr. Dean has been a lead plaintiffs' counsel, lead writer and/or court-appointed plaintiffs' counsel in cases which have resulted in settlements and judgments totaling more than $668 million. He has been named as one of Louisiana's top four appellate attorneys for the past three years, in the 2010, 2009 and 2008 Louisiana Super Lawyers publications, based on the nominations of other Louisiana lawyers.
