Additional Information: Mr. Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University majoring in Justice Studies. He went on to attend Creighton University, where he graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctorate in 2010.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Lindsey first served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Richard E. Dorr in United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He subsequently focused his practice on insurance defense, representing businesses and other professionals involved in litigation, including defending claims for legal and medical malpractice, breach of contract and tort liability.

Mr. Lindsey joined our Arizona office in 2015 and is licensed to practice in Arizona in state court, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
