Additional Information: Adam T. Suroff’s practice is primarily comprised of multi-jurisdictional product liability litigation. He has defended product manufactures and distributors in state and federal courts in the areas of automotive, industrial and agricultural products. Representative clients include General Electric, Global Industries, Hino, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Toyota and Trane.

Mr. Suroff also has experience in business and complex commercial litigation, trucking liability, toxic tort, professional liability and medical malpractice. He has also represented large national and international insurance companies.

Mr. Suroff has significant deposition experience in over 19 states. He has taken over 150 depositions, including those of parties, witnesses and corporate representatives. Additionally, Mr. Suroff has taken depositions of and produced expert witnesses in the fields of architecture, engineering, economics and medicine. He has successfully represented clients in numerous court proceedings, and obtained favorable results through mediation and other alternative dispute resolutions.
