EILEEN HURLEY has conducted her own private practice as a Forensic Document and Handwriting Examiner since 1987. The scope of questioned material she has examined includes falsified, disguised and anonymous writing, altered medical records, potential erasures, indented writing and signatures of what is commonly referred to as the “cut-and-paste” origin. Eileen has examined thousands of documents from many of the United States and from several other countries. She has serviced attorneys, AG’s offices, companies and private parties. No court or judicial body has ever refused to recognize Eileen as an expert in her field. Greater than ninety percent of the cases in which Eileen opined were settled, thereby negating the necessity of a court testimony and related costs. Her comprehensive reports are a major contributor to these settlements.
