The post-judgment filing of the motion to intervene did not affect the judgment’s
eligibility for appeal under Rule 74.01(a) or its finality for purposes of appeal under Rule 81.05(a) 30 days after the judgment’s entry. Because Zurich is not a party to the suit aggrieved by the judgment, it has no standing to appeal the judgment.
We dismiss the appeal.
