Breach of contract and defamation claims by former employee of Christian Salvesen whose employees, he claimed accused him of stealing monty from the company after he was fired. Plaintiff had previously owned SEMO Trucking which was sold to Defendant in 1988. Plaintiff operated the company for a time but was fired in 1990.
