Tierra Amarilla, NM - The State of New Mexico charged John Powell, age 36, with first-degree murder for killing April Browne, 42, Abraham Martinez, 26, and Kierin Guillemin, 27, in 2018 in a small village hone near Dixon, New Mexico.
