Therefore, we hold that the trial court
correctly concluded that the one-year period in Ark. Code Ann. § 5-1-109(c)(1) did not begin until the offense was actually discovered in August 2018. Because the prosecution was commenced on January 11, 2019, which was within one year of the discovery, the statute of limitations did not run with respect to any of the restitution.
