The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania charged Allen Wade, age 45, with two counts of first-degree capital murder for slaying two sisters, Susan and Sarah Wolfe. The State claimed that Wade shot and killed Susan while trying to steal credit cards and PIN numbers and then killed Sarah when she returned home. He then drove Sarah's car to a Citizens Bank ATM where he withdrew funds from her bank account.
The charges filed by the State against Defendant were:
Two Counts of Murder of the First Degree; Robbery-Inflict Serious Bodily Injury; Burglary - Ov ernigh Accommodation, Person Present; Possession of Firearm Prohibited; Theft by Unlawuf Taking-Movable Property; Receiving Stolen Property; Access Device Used to Obtain or Att Obtain Property Service; Theft by Unlawful Taking- Movable Property; Receiving Stolen Property; Firearms Not to Be Carried without a license; Criminal Homocide.
