Description:
Automobile truck accident in which Carl Bridget Cox-McCoy, age 33, was killed on August 3, 2002. A United States Postal Service tractor trailer crossed the median of I-64 and hit Cox-McCoy's pickup truck when the USPS driver fell asleep at the wheel. Cox-McCoy was survived by her husband and four children.
