Quid pro quo sexual harassment, tort of outrage, assault and battery, interference with
contractual relationship and invasion of privacy claims by former female
Wal-Mart employee against supervisor and employer and loss of consortium claim
by her husband. Stephani Johnson was asked to meet the manager of the store where she
worked at the motel where he was living to discuss the theft of two rifles from the store.
Johnson was the loss prevention manager at the store. Johnson claimed that Jordan, the manager,
assaulted her and sexually harassed her from that day forward making comments about the way she dressed and how
sexy she looked. When Johnson complained about the conduct and investigation was begun and the manager resigned shortly thereafter.
