Personal Injury – A two-year-old was allegedly attacked by defendants' dog which inflicted multiple injuries and permanent facial scarring. The defendant and her ex-husband purchased the dog while they were married which allegedly attacked another person on a previous occasion and, therefore, defendants had a basis upon which to conclude that the dog was vicious.

Verdict for the plaintiffs. The jury held the defendants jointly and severally, awarding $25,000.00 in damages to the parents of the infant and $20,000.00 to the child.
