Laura A. Becker accused police Capt. Paul Geisler of violating the American With Disabilities Act (ADA) by denying her the bathroom breaks that she claimed that she needed and then tampering with a tape-recorded conversation between her and another supervisors about the problem. Becker claimed that she had an overactive bladder and needed have easy and frequent access to a bathroom. She also claimed that the City of Muskego violated her privacy by airing on television a disciplinary hearing on an unrelated matter.
