Everett, WA - The State of Washington charged Erick Walker with first-degree murder as a result of the shooting death of 15-year-old Molly Conley in June of 2013 as she walked with friends along a Lake Stevens road with a group of friends. The State also charged Walker with drive-by-shooting and four assault charges.



The defense challenged the evidence of guilt.
