Description:

Al Wilkinson sued Central Vermont Public Service Corp. on an age discrimination theory claiming that he was passed over for a promotion because of his age.
He claimed that Instead of promoting him to the position, CVPS hired an individual with virtually no experience in the operational aspects of CVPS and knowingly and willfully discriminated him on the basis of his age in violation of the Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act.
