The Commonwealth of Virginia charged Moses Ulysses Harris with numerous sex crimes including 10 felony offenses including two counts of rape, two counts of carnal knowledge, five counts of indecent liberties with a child by custodian and one court of manufacturing child pornography.<br><br>The Commonwealth claimed that Harris, who was a previously convicted of sex offender, worked his way into the lives of a local family and sexually abused one of the young children living there for five years.
