Description:
St. George, Utah criminal lawyer represented Defendant charged with first-degree murder and third-degree felony possession and use of a firearm to commit a crime.



Bradley Scott Hunt was accused of shooting and killing Christopher Montgomery, age 38, who was shot and killed in a residence in Washington City, Utah in May 2020.



The victim was found lying in his driveway with a bullet wound to the chest.



Hunt claimed self defense.



The two men had a disagreement earlier on the day of the shooting.
