Description:

Wrongful Death - Patricia Ramirez was killed when the produce truck in which she was passenger was involved in an accident with an 18 wheel tractor trailer of Transportation Services. The produce truck was being driven by Leonardo Gandy. Plantiffs sued Leonardo Gandy for negligence and Lee Roy Gandy for negligent entrustment. Lee Roy Gandy operated the produce business that his grandson was working for at the time of this accident. Plantffs sued Transportation Services for negligence and gross negligence.

Outcome:

Unanimous jury verdict for all defendant.
