Description:
Medical Negligence - Mr. Walter Shepherd, age 83, was admitted to integrated Health Services for rehabilitation as a result of a stroke. Seven weeks later, he had acquired various stages of decubitis ulcers to both heels, hip and elbow, resulting in a below the knee amputation and ultimate death on April 9, 1994. His estate initiated this survival cause of action under Texas law.
