Description:

Premises liability - Customer sexually assaulted on two occasions after being kidnapped while returning to her car from Defendant's store. Plaintiff claimed to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. She also claimed that the store was in a high-crime neighborhood and provided a climate for crime which should have put the Defendant on notice that external security was needed.
