Columbia, South Carolina, criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with knowingly possessed a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, which is prosecutable in a court of the United States; In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c)(1)(A)(i) with forfeiture allegations pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(d), Title 21, United States Code, Sections 853 and 881, and Title 28, United States Code, Section 2461(c).
Outcome:
The defendants term of supervised release is hereby REVOKED and the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of twelve (12) months and one (1) day. Upon release from imprisonment, there shall be no supervised release to follow.
