Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Holly Ann Crawford

Wilkes-Barre, PA - The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania charged Holly Crawford with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of conspiracy to commit murder for killing her lover, Ronald "Barney" Evans, age 73, and his son, Jeffrey Evans, age 43, in April 2014. Her accomplice, James Roche, age 33, is scheduled for trial in November of 2015.



The State alleged that Crawford had sexual relationships with both Roche and Ron Evans and actively participated in the conspiracy to rob and kill the men.



Crawford and Roche were found not far from the Evans home intoxicated and passed out.



Defendant claimed that she was not a voluntary participant in the murders.
