Description:

Medical malpractice claim by the mother of stillborn fetus who claimed that Dr. Beaton negligently managed her labor and delivery. Pitocin was started and then stopped. Initially there was no fever when the Pitocin was restarted, and antibiotics were ordered before the c-section was ordered and performed.
