Gage Wagner, age 32, previously of Shade Gap, Pennsylvania, indicted for producing child pornography.<br>
<br>
Wagner previously pleaded guilty to producing child pornography. Wagner engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old minor over 100 times and used the minor to create images and videos of child pornography in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. <br>
<br>
The case was investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott Ford prosecuted the case.<br>
