Norristown, Pennsylvania criminal Defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with three counts of murder and four counts of felonious assault.
Frederick Anda Cox, age 31, was accused of shooting and killing a co-workerr and rival as the DMAX plant in Moraine.
He was accused of fatally shooting 28-year-old Jeffrey James Allen III of Dayton and shooting and wounding another worker on May 18, 2023, at the DMAX plant at 3100 Dryden Road. Allen was pronounced dead at the scene and the other man suffered a gunshot to the foot.
Cox shot himself in the head in an unsuccessful attempt to take his life. He was critically injured and taken to Miami Valley Hospital and eventually recovered.
