Defendant is sentenced at the Lesser Included Offense at Count One of the Superseding Indictment and at Count 11 of the Superseding Indictment as follows: The Defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 60 months at each Count, to be served concurrently. Upon release from imprisonment, the Defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of 5 years at Count 1 and 3 years at Count 11, to run concurrently. Said term of supervised release comes with standard and special conditions of supervision, as more fully stated in the Judgment. The Defendant shall forfeit to the United States all property subject to forfeiture as listed in the Judgment. The Defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $100 at each Count, for a total of $200, which shall be paid to the United States District Court Clerk forthwith.
