Description:
Newark, Ohio criminal defense lawyer represented the Defendant charged with aggravated murder, two counts of murder, one count of felonious assault and one count of strangulation.



Andrew Hoskinson was accused =f beating and strangling 21-year-old Tala Smith near the Manning Street Bridge in Newark in March 2024.



Hoskinson spoke briefly, asking for forgiveness from Smith's family.



"I'm so sorry that this has happened. If I could change things, I would,” Hoskinson said. "I will continue to try to do better and be better for everyone.”
