Melvin Terry, age 20, shot and killed Noah Kinney, age 20 and shot but did not kill Jeffrey L. II, age 25 on January 8, 2020. " Kinney was sitting in Terry's vehicle in the driveway of a home when Terry began shooting at Kinney, firing 12 shots. Kinney tried to run to his own car, which also was parked in the driveway, but was struck three times, prosecutors say."
