Outcome:
Having found substantial justice has not been done, we reverse the

judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas, in part, vacate the conviction as

to Count 22, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and affirm the sentence as to

Counts 1-14 and 16-21, including the imposition of consecutive sentences as to Counts

11 and 18, for a mandatory, aggregate prison sentence of 22 years.



Appellee is ordered to pay the costs of this appeal pursuant to App.R. 24.

Judgment reversed, in part, and affirmed, in part.
